Park Rules

Welcome To Cypress Grove R.V. Park.  We want your stay to be a pleasant experience so please help by following our park rules. Thank You!

Hours

Quiet hours will be strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Check Out time is 11:00 a.m.

Rental Fees & Terms

Payment for all spaces must be in advance.

Park Conditions

Every attempt is made to keep all facilities clean and neat. Please help us to keep it that way. Thank You.

Driving & Parking

The speed limit is 5 m.p.h. in all areas of the park.

Only one (1) R.V. per space. All extra people and vehicles must register.

Children

Children are welcome in the park as long as they are accompanied and/or supervised by an adult at all times, observe the quiet hours, and do not disturb other tenants or their property.

Showers & Restrooms

All of our buildings, including the restrooms and showers are non-smoking areas. Please cooperate in our efforts keeping these areas enjoyable for all who use them.
Please leave the showers and restrooms as clean as you found them.

Garbage

Please put all trash in the dumpster. All trash must be put in sealed plastic bags before it is deposited in the dumpster.

Fires

No campfires are allowed.
Barbecuing or other outdoor cooking on the guest’s own equipment is allowed as long as it is done in a safe and prudent manner.

Pets (Oregon Revised Statute 609.095)

Quiet and well-behaved pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash at all times. Barking or aggressive dogs will not be tolerated!
Please pick up all messes your pet causes daily, and put it in a plastic bag before putting it in the dumpster.

Mail

Mail can be dropped in the mailbox marked "out" on the fence by the office for posting once a day before 10:00 a.m.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is open 24 hours.
Change is available in the office during regular business hours for overnighters.

Propane

Propane is available for sale 9am - 5pm daily.

Damage

Guests are responsible for all damages caused by any member of their party.
